Arista gratin with vegetable confetti
Instructions
Flour the pork; FRY in a pan with the carrot, onion, celery, butter, olive oil, salt and pepper; cut it and toggle it to slices of mortadella.
For balsamella: boil milk, add to the flour and butter worked together; thicken on the stove, add the egg yolks and cream.
