Fried zucchini and mozzarella
Instructions
Peel Zucchini, remove the ends, cut them into six parts lengthwise, then cut the pieces into logs of 2 cm.
In a deep dish, place the zucchini pieces sprinkled with 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, pepper slightly.
Sprayed everything with milk and let stand for at least 30 minutes.
After this time, add a little flour in a deep dish, add a little salt and pepper and stir.
Drain the zucchini pieces dry thoroughly with paper towels and lightly sprinkle with flour.
