Nina smoothie
Instructions
Using a blender, fill the mug the banana, milk, honey, puffed rice and cinnamon.
Blend well for about 15 seconds, then, serve the smoothie obtained in tall glasses.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 ripe banana
- 30 cl of milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 2 tablespoons of puffed rice
- 1 sprinkle of cinnamon powder
