Melt the butter with the sugar, then add the chopped chocolate; Let it melt, then stir in cocoa, starch diluted with 100 g of milk, cream and remaining milk.
On low heat to simmer and thicken the fondue; then put it on the stove lit on the table and serve with mixed fruit, dip.
