Marinated mushrooms
Instructions
Blanch for a few moments 500 g sliced mushrooms in salt and vinegar.
Aside from preparing a salsetta by mixing 1/2 cup of olive oil, the juice of one lemon, 2 cloves of garlic, a handful of chopped parsley, 6 anchovy fillets and 1 tablespoon capers, chopped.
Pour the sauce over the mushrooms and season with freshly ground pepper.
Homogenize and leave to marinate for a few hours before serving.

- 500 g of mushrooms
- Salt
- Wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
- 6 anchovy fillets
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- Freshly ground pepper
