Baked mushrooms
Instructions
Put in a baking dish some grape leaves washed, place above the chapels of the mushrooms clean, pour half the oil and salt.
Mince the stems of the mushrooms with garlic and parsley and fill the chapels.
Sprinkle with the remaining oil and oregano and bake for about 30 minutes and serve.

- 1000 g of royal agarics mushrooms
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- Oregano
- Vine leaves
- 1 glass of olive oil
- Salt
