Raganati mushrooms
Instructions
Saute the garlic and add the sliced mushrooms, cook them for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the salt, pepper, parmesan and breadcrumbs.
When the mushrooms are ready to put them in a baking dish, pour the mixture prepared.
Place in oven for about 10 minutes and serve.

- 500 g of fresh mushrooms
- 5 eggs
- 1 measuring spoon of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 50 g of breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
