Baked mushrooms (2) (Funghi Porcini al Forno (2))
Instructions
Thoroughly clean the chapels of the mushrooms with a damp cloth.
In a bowl put parsley, crushed garlic, 5 tablespoons of olive oil, bread crumbs, chili, salt and emulsify well until you get a sauce.
In nonstick pan 1 pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add the porcini chapels with the concave part upwards.
Sprinkle with the sauce prepared earlier, sprinkle of oregano and put in the oven already warm to 180 degrees.
Cook for 10 minutes.

- 8 chapels of mushrooms
- 1 handful of breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Hot pepper
- Oregano
- Chopped parsley
- 7 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
