Mushrooms with potatoes to liguria
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
Boil the potatoes in 1/2 baking, then Peel and cut into pieces.
In a well oiled baking tray, put 3 garlic cloves, minced parsley, a layer of potatoes powdered salt, oregano and olive oil, one of fungi.
Alternate layers in the same way and put to bake in the oven.

- 4 potatoes
- 4 mushrooms
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil extra virgin ligurian-
- Oregano
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
