Warm mushroom salad
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms, cut into slices and season in a pan with two tablespoons of olive oil, the garlic and Bacon cut into strips.
Cook lively focus for 2 or 3 minutes, then lower the heat, remove the garlic, salt and pepper.
Withdrawn from heat and let cool.
Peel and wash the soncino and divide it into four individual dishes.
In a bowl, prepare a vinaigrette emulsifying oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and salad conditevi.
Located at the center of each plate the mushrooms with speck.
Serve immediately.

- 400 g of mushrooms
- 200 g of soncino salad
- 50 g of speck
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
