Fusilli with zucchini flowers
Instructions
Wash all vegetables.
Cut the peppers and Zucchini sticks.
2 cut the courgette flowers.
In a Pan fry the garlic with 4 tablespoons of olive oil and when you delete Golden.
Let them dissolve anchovies over low heat then add the peppers.
After 5 minutes the zucchini and after another 5 minutes the pumpkin flowers.
Add salt and cook over high heat for 15 minutes.
Boil the pasta, pass under cold water to stop cooking, reflect in the pan with the vegetables, add the diced mozzarella, parmesan cheese and a pinch of hot pepper.
You blast a high flame.
Sprinkle with Basil and serve.

- 350 g of type pasta fusilli
- 3 peppers
- 8 pumpkin flowers
- 2 zucchini
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 anchovy fillets
- Hot pepper
- 1 mozzarella
- 1 sprig of basil
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
