Roast with mushrooms
Instructions
Salt and pepper the roast as you make a roast beef.
Let it Brown with plenty of oil and a knob of butter.
Once well browned, add a few glasses of wine.
Let ben flavour, after that, will be passed 20-30 minutes, add the mushrooms in quantity as desired, three good handfuls enough smells, salt and chilli.
Continue to Cook, now slowly, adding more wine if necessary, or water, always keeping the pot covered.
Passed 30-40 more minutes, you can turn off.
Pull off the meat and the sauce, adjust the times accordingly if it is too thick or too slow.
The cold cut meat, so you should bake it in the morning to serve you in the evening.
Very thin slices served cold, serve with warmed sauce.
If the sauce is not too strong flavor, you can amorbidirla with cream.
Said between us is better than buying frozen mushrooms, are of various kinds and rest assured that there are bad, but it wont say to guest!

- Mixed mushrooms
- 1 handful of chopped odors
- White wine
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Butter
- Hot pepper
