Instructions
Put the chopped onion and garlic in hot oil.
As soon as the sauce takes color let us Cook the Diced Bacon.
Pour the wine, let it evaporate and add tomato.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix with a wooden spoon the ricotta cheese and the grated pecorino cheese, until it is creamy.
Add the two compounds.
Cook the pasta in salted water and dress with the sauce.

- 400 g of peeled tomatoes
- 200 g of ricotta
- 1 thick slice of bacon
