Shrimp and hearts of palm salad
Instructions
Sliced hearts of Palm and mix them with the shrimp.
Add salt and pepper.
Prepare a beat with three tablespoons of olive oil, vodka, lemon juice, a splash of Tabasco, salt and pepper.
Pour this sauce over the shrimp and palm hearts, stir gently, place in a bowl or in individual cups and keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.

- 300 g of boiled shrimp
- 1 box of hearts of palm
- 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of vodka
- Spray 1 of tabasco
- Salt
- Pepper
