Instructions

Cook the roast with oil, butter, spices, salt and pepper in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 75 minutes.

To dry the sliced onions to the veil with oil and butter, sprinkle with wine and broth, season with salt and cook until the bottom is pianissimo dried.

Arrange the sliced roast and serve.
