Ice cream and amaretto
Instructions
Crumble the macaroons and wet with coffee and half with cognac Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla, add 2 egg whites, stir with the whisk and add the whipped cream.
Pour into a mold to the coffee macaroons, cream, amaretti in cognac and cream again.
Keep in the freezer for 12 hours.

- 125 g of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 2 envelopes of cream
- 1 pack of amaretti biscuits
- Bitter coffee
- Cognac
