Clean, wash and dry the fruit, remove the petioles.
Put it in the blender.
Add in the juice of half a lemon to filtered colander, sugar and cream.
Puree the whole thing.
Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker leaving for about 20 minutes or according to the instructions of the appliance.
