Lemon Ice-Cream
Instructions
Wash the lemons and Peel without damaging the skin, which then will be cut into strips.
In a bowl put the juice of the lemons and add the sugar, 1/2 litre of water and the skins, mix and allow to boil for about 2 minutes.
Let stand for 1 hour, then pour the syrup and pour it into the ice cream maker adding the rest of the lemon juice, a little sugar and put in the fridge.
Wash and cut the fruit into cubes and when the ice cream is ready, serve in bowls and arrange the fruit to taste.
