Instructions
Grate the peel of mandarins after they have been washed.
Better buy untreated fruits.
Add the sugar and zest squeeze mandarins.
Melt the butter over low heat in a saucepan, add sugar and caramelize.
Heat the juice of mandarins and combine it with caramel.
Continue to bake a syrupy sauce.
Divide ice cream into four portions and pour the Tangerine sauce hot.
To complete, perfumed with a splash of orange liqueur, and serve.

- 500 g of ice-cream
- 4 mandarins
- 20 g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 small glass of orange liqueur
