Mascarpone ice cream
Instructions
Beat until you have a soft and foamy cream an egg yolk and one tablespoon of sugar; stirring constantly, add a shot of rum, chocolate and finely chopped almonds.
Stir in the mascarpone and work the mixture until it is well blended.
Place two hours in the freezer before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 dram of rum
- 100 g of mascarpone
- 20 g of plain chocolate
- 20 g of toasted almonds
