Orange ice cream (2)
Instructions
Cook 200 g of sugar and half a litre of water, stir it well so that it becomes a syrup.
then add the juice of 3 oranges and 1 lemon.
Add the zest of 3 oranges, 1/4 of whipped cream and put the whole thing in an ice cream maker.
Put to infuse into your favorite liqueur 4 oranges, peeled and cut into slices; then take a glass container and put these orange slices on the bottom and sides.
Assemble the remainder of cream, zuccheratelo and cover, with it, the slices of oranges; then fill the container with orange ice cream.
Serve topped with vanilla ice cream.
