Ice cream with yoghurt
Instructions
Put the yoghurt and cream into a bowl, add sugar and beat the mixture until it becomes fluffy.
At this point add the liqueur and chopped chocolate shavings through the base.
Transfer the mixture into a bowl from the freezer and let it consolidate the ice cream for the time needed, taking care, however, until it is soft enough to work on it occasionally with a wooden spoon: with this ice cream is in the end more crunchy.
Serve immediately, in individual cups, shaped into balls, who will train with the help of special tool.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 cups of whole yoghurt
- 1 glass of whipping cream
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 dram of sweet liqueur
- 100 G = = Chocolate
