Ice cream with blueberries
Instructions
Wash blueberries before, put wine, add the sugar and the grated lemon rind and let stand for about 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Put in a large bowl with a layer of ice cream, cover with blueberries, continue until exhaustion ingredients, pour the gin and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of lemon ice cream (see recipe)
- 350 g of blueberries
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 cups of gin
- 1 lemon
- White wine
