Tea ice cream
Instructions
Prepare 30 cl of tea left to infuse for 8 minutes.
Boil a litre of milk.
Mix 30 g.
yellow flour and 450 grams sugar; rain pour in milk.
Put on the fire for about ten minutes and boil stirring constantly.
Add the tea and go in the freezer, or better, in the ice cream maker.

- 100 cl of milk
- 30 g of yellow flour
- 450 g of sugar
