Whip together the fresh egg white with four times the weight of powdered sugar, until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Add always banging with energy, a few drops of lemon juice and possibly still a little icing sugar.
You almost always use for decorations made with waterproof canvas pouch with a wand.

- Part 1 of fresh egg white
- 4 sections of icing sugar
- Few drops of lemon juice
- Little of icing sugar (optional)
