Finely grate the chocolate, place in a bowl along with 40 g of melted butter and let it melt in a Bain-Marie, stirring continuously.
Let cool, stirring, until icing has reached a temperature of 30 degrees, then roll out on the cake that you have prepared and allow to dry.
