Instructions

In a saucepan put the icing sugar and dilute with half a cup of cold water.

Place the pan on the fire for a few minutes and stir to thicken the mixture leaving.

In another saucepan melt the chocolate crumbs together, if necessary, a little water.

Add the melted chocolate sugar syrup to drop by drop, stirring as to mount a mayonnaise in the same sense and with regular movement.

Spread warm icing on the cake.
