Instructions

Remove the skin to the inner thighs and spread it.

Inside lay the spices and salt.

Roll it up and tie it with string, then place it in a pressure cooker with the orange juice and lemon juice, and ½ nut 1.

Cook over low heat for about 1 hour; allow to cool on a plate (not the fat that has left after cooking) and serve it cold in the fridge.
