Bread Dumplings (Gnocchi di Pane)
Instructions
Soak the bread in milk for 2 hours.
Drain them and pass them through a sieve.
Combine eggs, flour, pepper, salt and a pinch of grated nutmeg.
Make a dough and make small dumplings.
Throw them in boiling salted water for a few minutes.
Drain and toss with butter and Parmesan.

- 75 cl of milk
- 4 sandwiches
- 2 eggs
- 40 g of butter
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Nutmeg
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of flour
