Bread Dumplings (Polpette di Pane)
Instructions
Soak the bread in milk.
Scald the tomatoes, peel them and cut them into chunks.
Squeeze the bread and crumble with your hands into a bowl.
Incorporate the egg, tomatoes, flour, chopped onions, salt, pepper and chopped Basil.
Mix well and form of oval patties.
Fry them in plenty of hot oil.

- 450 g of stale bread
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 4 spring onions
- Salt
- Pepper
- Milk
- Olive oil
- Basil
