Instructions

Bring to a boil in a saucepan, sugar and water, stirring occasionally.

Then remove the syrup from the heat and let it cool completely.

Wash the strawberries, deprive of the petiole and pass through a hair sieve, collecting in a bowl: join before the lemon juice and orange juice, mixing thoroughly, then now cold syrup.

Now pour the mixture, you have well blended, in ice trays and keep it in the freezer for about 3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.

Serve the granita in four tall glasses.
