Hot madera
Instructions
Bake in oven Apples cored peeled and pitted, then thickly.
Now put to boil a cup of water with spices, add sugar and madera.
Let it cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
Meanwhile beat eggs with yolks separated from the whites.
Then pour into a pot, add the hot wine, filtered mix and add the calvados and apples.
Serve hot in punch cups.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 cloves
- 2 grains of white pepper
- 1 teaspoon of juniper berries
- 1 bottle of madeira wine sercial
- 3 cl of calvados
- 3 eggs
- 3 yellow apples
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 pinch of grated nutmeg
