Slimming tea
Instructions
Stir the ingredients and store them in a glass jar airtight.
If necessary, use 2 tablespoons boiling water, for 10 minutes.
Strain and drink the tea in the morning and evening.

- 250 g of non-sparkling mineral water
- 10 g of mint
- 10 g of horsetail
- 10 g of asparagus (root)
- 10 g of bladderwrack
- 10 g of licorice (root)
- 10 g of fennel seeds
- 10 g of ash (bark)
