Slices to madeira
Instructions
Slightly flatten the slices with flour and meat tenderizer.
Brown them in butter.
Wet them with Madeira and let it evaporate.
Season with salt and add the tomato sauce.
Bring meat to cook and serve it hot and well seasoned with its sauce.
