The three vegetables salad
Instructions
It is a tasty salad of beans, lentils and chickpeas that should be prepared with fresh vegetables boiled in separate pans according to the indications given in the respective chapters, but to shorten the time you can also use the cooked vegetables in a jar.
In this case you must drain well beans, lentils and chickpeas and leave them some minutes under running water to remove all traces of the liquid.
Toss them in a large Salad Bowl, toss with some oil spilled in laps, spray them with a few tablespoons of white vinegar mixed with a few drops of lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle chives.
Passed on the serving dish and serve immediately.

- 1 jar of white beans (250 g caddies)
- 1/2 jar of lentils
- 1/2 jar of chickpeas
- Chives
- 1 lemon
- Some rounds of olive oil
- A few tablespoons of white wine vinegar
- A few drops of lemon juice
- Salt
- White pepper
