Instructions

Cut the cucumber into slices and cover of salt so that lose all its water.

Aside from cut Peppers into thin strips, reduce the avocado into small balls with the appropriate spoon and cover it with orange juice lemon.

Mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup, yoghurt, a few drops of tabasco, parsley and herb chives, chopped.

Keep in a cool place.

In many individual bowls put the wash lettuce and cucumber.

At the Center arrange the pieces of crab and the Pepper strips.

Served fresh.
