The crabmeat eggs
Instructions
Hard boil the eggs, put them under cold water, Peel and cut them in half lengthwise.
Drain the crabmeat and chop finely.
Grate the Apple, then drizzle with lemon juice and pour the crab meat.
Mash the yolks and mayonnaise, cream.
a few drops of tabasco, salt and pepper and the mixture of Apple and crab.
Fill the egg whites with the filling to crab, arrange on platter and garnish with parsley.

- 6 eggs
- 85 g of canned crabmeat
- 1/2 green apple
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 100 g of mayonnaise
- Tabasco
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
