Instructions

Peel the beets and cut them into chunks.

Very thinly sliced carrot, cabbage and celery.

Combine all vegetables in a salad bowl.

Dilute the yoghurt with 3 tablespoons water, salt, pepper and a teaspoon of chives.

Stir the sauce and salad condirvi.
