Instructions
Cut the chicken into strips, add peppers and gherkins, combine these ingredients and toss with olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper.
before serving Sprinkle salad with Parmesan cheese cut into slices.

- 600 g of boiled boneless chicken
- 1 roasted red pepper (or 1 yellow pepper roasted)
- 120 g of parmigiano
- 3 pickled cucumbers
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
