Instructions
Cook the rice in water, season with oil and combine all of the ingredients except feta, Basil and boiled eggs that will be used for garnish.
Being a very tasty cheese feta, pay particular attention to the use of salt.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 cups of rice
- 150 g of feta cheese
- 100 g of pickled vegetables (artichokes, mushrooms, scallions)
- 50 g of boiled peas
- 1 diced boiled carrot
- 2 sausage sliced
- 3 hardboiled eggs
- 1 diced tomato
- 2 tablespoons of olive slices
- 50 g of corn
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 3 leaves basil
