St. peter's fish rolls in the oven
Instructions
In a saucepan heat a tablespoon oil and melt the anchovies.
Sprinkle with two tablespoons of breadcrumbs, a tuft of parsley and a clove of minced garlic, pine nuts, grated cheese, salt and pepper.
Mix everything together, adding, if necessary, a little olive oil.
Salt and pepper the fish fillets, cannoli with the mixture, roll them up on themselves, then stop it with a toothpick and place in an oven dish brushed with oil.
Add the chopped herbs, sprinkle lemon juice filtered to strainer and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about a quarter of an hour.
Accompanying wines: Gavi DOC, Orvieto classic DOC, Chardonnay DOC Castel Del Monte.

- 600 g of saint peter fish fillets
- 50 g of pine nuts
- 2 anchovies
- 50 g of grated cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
