Chicken rolls
Instructions
Take slice the chicken breasts, sprinkle the pretzels and pepateli; posatevi over 1 slice of mortadella and fontina 1, roll them up, then stop it with a toothpick.
Toss them in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs.
In a pan melt a knob of butter with a little oil, add the rolls and cook over low heat, until they are golden.
Remove them from heat, dry the excess grease and serve.

- 2 chicken breasts
- 50 g of fontina cheese
- 150 g of mortadella
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Butter
