Gourmet lasagne
Instructions
Cook and drain lasagna still al dente.
Season with chopped ham, slightly beaten egg yolks, cream and half the Parmesan.
Put them in a baking pan previously greased with butter, sprinkle of butter flakes and the remaining Parmesan cheese and put them in the oven to bake.
Serve hot.

- 400 g of type pasta lasagne
- 20 g of ham
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 G = = Cream
- 50 g of butter
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
