Instructions
Boiling for 30 minutes when milk boils add the vanilla and sugar.
Leave to cool.
Add eggs and liqueur.
Bake for 1 hour at 150 degrees to 170 degrees.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 cl of milk
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla
- 1/2 cup of bitter almond
- 1 caramelized mold
