Lettuce with walnuts (2)
Instructions
Clean and wash the lettuce.
Dry well and cut into strips.
Coarsely chop the walnuts and merge them with cream sauce along with a handful of gruyere, vinegar, a little salt and pepper.
Season with this sauce lettuce mixing well.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 lettuce salad
- 20 walnut kernels
- 1 glass of cream
- 1 handful of grated emmenthal cheese
- Little of pepper
- Little of salt
- Wine vinegar
