Lentils with sausage
Instructions
Boil the lentils as shown above.
In a saucepan put the little sausages used with two tablespoons of water, punzecchiatele and rosolatele for 10 minutes.
In another saucepan, season with a little oil Sage and a clove of garlic, delete the latter, add lentils and sausages.
Stir and serve.
Accompanying wines: Barbera Del Monferrato DOC, DOCG Chianti Colli Aretini, Biferno Rosso DOC.

- 250 g of lentils
- 8 little sausages used
- Sage
- 1 clove of garlic
- Little of olive oil
