Put lentils in warm water and leave them to soak 24 hours. Drain and place in saucepan with 1 1 sauce prepared with olive oil, onion, celery and carrot, chopped. Let ben flavour and combine tomatoes, deprived of seeds and chopped. Put a little salt and pepper.

To continue cooking for 15 minutes and cover with hot water; continue cooking for 1 hour at moderate heat. When serving, the broth should be restricted and oily.
