Instructions
Place the peel and the lemon leaves to macerate in alcohol for 15 days in a tightly closed jar kept in dark environment; shake occasionally.
Spent time together the water mixed with lemon juice and sugar and let it sit for a day.
Carefully filtered and bottled.
Enjoy it after a month, using it as a digestive at the end of the meal or refreshing cold serving him liquor.

- 1 lemon (juice)
- 6 lemons (zest)
- 16 lemon leaves
- 400 g of sugar
- 50 cl of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 50 cl of water
