Chop the lemon peels and put them to infuse in alcohol for a week.
In a bowl, prepare a syrup with sugar and 150 cl.
Let it cool down.
At this point add the infused syrup of lemon peels and alcohol, filtered and bottled.
After about 4 months the liqueur is ready to consume it.
