Linguine with spicy salami and ricotta
Instructions
Fry the onion, add the salami cut into strips and carrot into slices.
Deglaze with wine and, when evaporated, add a tbsp of water.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Boil the pasta, drain and sauté together with cottage cheese, cut into small pieces.

- 160 g of type pasta linguine
- 80 g of spicy salami
- 30 g of chopped onion
- 100 g of ricotta
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 30 cl of white wine
- 1 carrot
